Refund policy

You can return your order to us within 14  days of receiving it.

Online return

• If you would like to initiate a return please email us at info@whitenoisethelabel.com including your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return has been accepted you will be notified via email.
• Hand over the parcel to the courier company.
• The cost of the return will be covered by the customer.

Return to store

• You can visit our store with the item in its original packing, along with the receipt.
• Exchange is restricted to the same price or higher value items.
• Refund will be processed to your payment card.
